title : just another random hoo-haa

This morning, Nadine and I woke up at 7am by the ringing of her shrieking alarm clock, and also baby woke me up (so thanks baby!). We got ready and get down to Makanlah to have our breakfast, and head to Bursary to make my payment for tuition fees and such. John met us up there, and as usual, we did our random scrolling of the place. First, we went to the library to submit our applications for the Library Card, and head to the IT lab to reset my computer. At first, we totally got lost and ended up at the Architecture Classes block (which I claim cause I see lots of designed buildings on the walls) so I gave Zazrina a call. She hurried to meet us up and took us herself. Thank God for that. She used her ID card for all 3 of us to access into the IT lab too, since we havent receive our Student IDs just yet. After that, we walked back to the Marketing Office and sat in the lounge there while John gave a phone call to Peter Pan about his offer letter and receipts. A little while after that, we head over to Wings Cafe, ordered Iced Blended Cookies Delight, and hung around there. We left basically cause John was feeling sleepy (he's allergic to caffeine) due to inhaling the air (I guess). We head back over to the On-Campus Hostel and I found out that my Dorm Key was not in my bag! What a day! I panicked, and totally back-tracked our steps for the whole day straight away. John and Nadine helped me too, and boy, I appreciate their help so much! In the end, back-tracking our steps all the way to the Marketing Office, we found out that the lady who cleaned up the Marketing Office has my key! Praise the Lord, yes, I found my key. I put it in my bag, and we hung around outside of Wings Cafe for awhile. After that, we got hungry, so we grabbed lunch at Makanlah. Since I saw tons of advertisements on walls about an audition when we stroll around, I persuaded Nadine and John to try out as well. Since its a modelling audition, they might get discouraged. In the end, I did try out, and also thank God, they're calling me back for a photo shoot. I can't believe it. Maybe its another phase of the audition (I'm not that sure), but I hope I get through it. I was just trying out for fun since I'm a freshman, and its just my 4th day in Lim Kok Wing, and the 2nd day of Orientation. Its fun knowing the fact that I tried something new, something I didn't dare to do in my high school years. So we hung around at the On-Campus 'lounge' (in a way) and I practiced walking in my 4"-5" heels they way they asked me to walk. Tough, but I'll make through with alot of practice I guess. Oh. Did I mention that the models in Lim Kok Wing was taught by Amber Chia? She's our 'model-coach' as we speak. So, we escorted John to the entrance of the Plaza, met his parents (his dad gave us a bottle of Dutch Lady Apple Yogurt) and we head back to the room and practically doze off almost instantly. Baby called awhile, I told him about the modelling audition and I slept along with Nadine. The time hits 7pm trigers my mind to wake up, and now, I'm here, doing this long post. Hope tomorrow is gonna be as exciting as ever, like today. You can expect the unexpected, here in Lim Kok Wing.
